King size bed ninth floor, very clean, modern enough, completely quiet, no smoky smell of any kind. I chose no maid service for five nights, which was exactly what I want. I didn’t want to be disturbed. I just want to clean comfortable room. Left a $20 tip definitely would return. Oh, and I forgot to mention fantastic price. Ate one meal a day at smoky Joe’s. Ashley fantastic server food was hot, healthy, and would return any time. Played lots of games. Servers are very kind, very hard-working and small players like me would normally leave a dollar per drink.Shea was an exceptional cocktail waitress, so I left big tips for her and everyone. I don’t mind tipping, hard-working, friendly good people. Casino Host are energetic and interested in my play. I got up a bunch of comps as a new player and I’m thankful for that.. blackjack dealers were funny fun and since I’m a new player, they took the time to help me. I felt very comfortable and probably spent 10 hours at the tables with $10 minimum. Slot machine staff did not waste any time whenever I hit the call attendant light to ask a question or have a small glitch fixed. They made me feel like I was a valuable customer and they were able to fix my three or four little problems very quickly while wearing a smile. Samstown satisfied everything I was looking for in a casino, restaurant, and sleeping accommodation. Almost forgot to mention that I love McDonald’s for my morning coffee and Roberto‘s. The room was comfortable and didn't feel cramped or stuffy. We had a room that looked into the atrium - it was lovely. We had a king sized bed. It was odd that it only had 3 pillows instead of 4 so that we could each have 2. We were also there for a couple of days and didn't know we would need to request to have the room cleaned after the first night. Those were the only downsides which weren't bad at all.
