When we first walked into our room they gave us a 1 queen bed and I reserved a 2 bed room I went back down to the front desk and they gave us the proper room I requested.. Once we walked I got into the room there was a dead roach in the bath room floor and 2 running around in the room… when my sister went to use the bathroom the door got stuck and we had to forcefully open the door… my nephew was outside the little balcony watching the rain the on the side of the building something started sparking n almost landed on our balcony n was close enough to land on his face… Our Tv wasn’t showing all the channels.. Last night we went to speak with the manager and she didn’t seem to care and looked at us crazy… all she told us was to go to security and make a report n that’s all… I request a late check out and the front desk agent said we can check out at 3pm and housekeeper keeped knocking around 9am saying we need to check out at 11am and my sister told her that we have a 3pm late check out and the housekeeper was being very rude and woke up my nephew from his sleep… at 11:10 housekeeper came back to our room n just let herself in and said we need to leave the room and we have told her that we have a 3pm check out and just keep arguing with us … at 12:30 someone came to knock on our door and I let her know that we have a 3pm check out and housekeeping keeper knocked and was very rude… I do not recommend staying at the OYO hotel completely rude staff and rude manager

The room was dirty, the A/C / Heater was taken apart, the safe didnt lock, the blow dryer didnt work, there was hair in the shower. When notified assistant manager she really had nothing to say, but they would send someone to fix the AC the next day. No one ever came. When I notified them upon checking out, nothing was said. The resort fees of $50 a day are outrageous.

The bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor and trash in the room. Towels are the bare minimum. Very limited dining options - you need to remove all of the signage related to Hooters/other options that you clearly don't have anymore. It's bait and switch. Check in line was long and slow - I don't think a single person that worked there had a smile. Everyone was miserable. Only bright spot was the pool tables in the bar/sports book. We won't be back.
