The floor was sticky and dirty. The bathroom floor had burn spots. The leather beige chair was black from dirt in the seat. Smokers and bums hanging out watching you come and go. Roaches crawling around and smoke smell is awful.

Great place to stay with your dog. There isn't really convenient places to walk to for dining options so be prepared to taxi or drive.

I had to walk through a cloud of weed smoke to get to my room. And the room had a roach infestation. Do not recommend staying here under any circumstances.

Horror movie housekeeping. It's a shame and a pity to tears! I was upset. I thought about not writing a bad review 5 times, but! Every day housekeeping wants to clean the room. They knock three times a day. I watch a movie and they knock. I rest naked, any relaxation they knock. I didn't even want to leave them a tip. Towels! They don't even give towels for the floor for the feet. They feel sorry for the towels. I bought two of my own towels. Unpolite housekeeping because apparently they are not Americans. No positivity or politeness from them. The supermarket nearby is expensive! Snickers, Twix, Cola, water are 4-6 dollars! Drunk crazy people scream from the rooms at night, crazy housekeeping runs from the rooms during the day! No relaxation. I love Motel 6!!! The second Motel 6 was apparently closed. It was super. last time housekeeping kicked me out of the room by the way and I went for a walk with a dirty head!)))) lol

Great property to stay almost on the strip and not pay the per night pet fee at the bigger hotels. Check in was easy and staff was nice. Room was clean.

I liked the affordable price and walking distance to MGM Grand and the strip. What I didn’t like, the room had a smell that I couldn’t recognize and on the 2nd night 5 hours before I left for airport I saw a roach in the bathroom.

Most disappointing hotel stay ever at 65
I am so not rested today because I felt so uncomfortable in that dingy room. The a/c didn't cool to a comfortable temp. There was about a 1 inch gap under the door leading to the inside of the room. The buttons on the a/c unit had been destroyed. The bathroom was horrible and just didn't look clean. There were holes where that needed to be covered on the wall that looks like some time of electrical box. The room next to mine apparently checked in very late with 2 crying screaming babies they couldn't quiet and they were running in and out of the room. Helicopter tours constantly flying over. The desk people are not that friendly and will tell you if you don't like it you can leave but the room in non-refundable. I have pics but for some odd reason it won't let me upload them. I want my money back or some comparable compensation for this experience

Really good location for the price you pay. Located close to the airport and at the bottom of the Las Vegas strip. Area seemed safe. Rooms and pool were clean. Our room smelt of smoke but there are non-smoking rooms available.
