Lovely rest…great bed and pillows.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The rooms had laminate flooring which is wonderful since they are pet friendly. The hotel felt very clean and did not have any pet odors but we were in handicap access room. Thank you for the nice stay.

The only problem and the reason for the rating was the elevator was out and our rooms were on the third floor so we were carrying our luggage up two flights of stairs. Very tiring for an 80 year old.

Service great but Jacuzzi smelly
My overall stay was great due to the service being so good. Only issue I had was the cleanliness of the jacuzzi. It looked dirty, low on water, and even smelled when you turn the jets on. That was the only negative about my stay but personally a pretty inconvenient issue. Only reason being is that we booked the hotel specifically to use the pool and spa.
