Great family hotel for a Vegas visit. Really enjoyed our time here. Excellent staff. Very nice decor. Good breakfast. And the cool pool was perfect for the 100F days. Despite being in the airport flight path and being on the 3rd floor I couldn’t hear any flight noise. I’d definite stay again.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, free shuttle bus to The Strip. Only let down by the pool being out of use and the ice maker on our floor not working. Great buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. Good value for money in Vegas area close to shops and attractions.

Horrible information at reception desk. We got absolutely no information that the pool was out of order and had to find out ourselves. This resulted in the quickes check in and check out of a hotel ever. We were there for max. 15 minutes

I like the Hyatt because it had really great breakfast breakfast was like buffet style and the staff was really really caring and nice the only thing that I did not like is that the pool was down the whole stay. Other than the pool rooms are really nice everything was nice lots of parking which is nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The breakfast had a lot of options. Our kids enjoyed the pool (especially given how hot it was). The staff were very friendly. There was lots of room to park.

Hyatt hotel was very inconvenient. The pool was the main reason we booked, and it was shut down when we came (due to hygienic reasons maybe). The breakfast was limited to early times, which I guess is a custom in Vegas though. There was a power outage randomly, and it took them 2 hours to reboot the internet, even though people were complaining to them already. And even after they rebooted the internet it wouldn’t have made a difference, because their Wi-Fi was at one bar, and everything I used on my phone said I wasn’t even connected to the internet( Yes, it was that bad ). Even their system to buy items at their shop was outdated and glitched when I tried to buy the food, though I guess that’s the best part, because I got it for free. And the price for their rooms don’t fit the expectations. The room was small and the tv was in the middle of the wall, plus the ac never turned off and the thermostat didn’t work. Also the phone does not work at all, so don’t even try to call anyone on it. If you’re in Vegas I advise staying at maybe Excalibur for the amusements and entertainment. Or the belagio for their variety

Property was very nice. However, we came here and specifically chose to stay at this hotel for their pool. Went with my 12 yr old daughter and didn’t want to stay on the strip and use the big hotels notoriously dirty pools. We arrived and there was a sign the pool was closed until further notice. Staff couldn’t provide any info when it would open. Our TV also worked half the time. Maintenance was in our room the first night trying to fix it. Did fix it, then it just pixelated the whole time. Very frustrating for 3 days
