If you looking for a quick and cheap sleep then you found it.. but know that the carpets are nasty stains everywhere.. toilet is coming undone from the floor, shower falling apart, bed sinks in, rooms smell.. I would say fork out a few $20’s more and go somewhere else…

Hotel room was nice, not fancy, but clean and comfortable, pool was closed, since weather was 107, would have been nice if pool had been available.Overall very good for the price. Close to several resorts, walkable to MGM Grand, New York, New York, and Excalibur casinos.

The last affordable hotel in Vegas
The breakfast is a total lie, but the staff was as frustrated as I was about it. Very sympathetic. The hotel is very budget. They are so close to the strip, they could sell the land for a jillion dollars im sure, but there it is, being a cheap hotel. Mad respect.

Although the staff was very nice, and allowed me to check in a little early.the property was very dated. and needed a total upgrade.there wasn’t a refrigerator or microwave in the room to warm food up, but my stay was not a horrible stay..It was very convenient.because it was close to the strip and the airport.

Felt unsatisfied and unsafe!
I didn’t even complete a full 20 minutes in my room before i went back to the service desk to ask for a refund. I booked a non-smoking room and it had a terrible cigarette smell. I removed the bed cover to look at the sheets and there were dirt marks on it. And a red smear on the door!!

What Room Couldn't Been Worse?
Never again Howard Johnson near the Las Vegas Strip!! The host saw that it was night time, i wasn't driving and i was toting my luggage, yet he gave me a filthy room #1274, that was at least 2 city blocks away from the office, at the furthest end of the Howard Johnson Hotel.So I didn't complain even after i went in the ghetto room that basically everything was broken or unclean. The front curtain-broken, the bed- uncomfortable and i could feel the springs in the ditch of a mattress, carpet-filthy with spots. The shower-broken and spitting water, even after adjusting the shower head it didn't get any better, The toilet-Load and disturbing, the toilet water wouldn't stop running even after wiggling the handle. TV- Was scrambling and no working channels except for the 2 channels that had no volume was nice and clean. I didn't bother complaining bcus sometimes complaining can lead to worse service, arguments, police or even being kicked out the hotel. And I wasn't there for none of the above.

Checked in and firat thing upon entering the room was a heavy moldy smell. Spoke with the Staff and told couldn't change rooms. The next morning woke up with headaches and difficulty breathing at 7 am. Was told couldn't change room until 6 pm.

Listen. It’s really hard to destroy this place in a review bc you truly get what you pay for. This is great central location, the staff was wonderful. If you’re doing a whirlwind trip on a budget this absolutely fits the bill. Vegas is hot, they have a pool, ice machine and cold AC. With all that said, don’t expect a pristine experience. The facility is old and very rundown. Things are not especially clean, nearly everything is weathered or broken and there are a handful of unsavory characters hanging around the parking. But given the fact that you’re really just looking for a place to lay your head after a night out you could do worse. Like I said, you get what you pay for. This is a budget hotel. Thank you to the staff for your wonderful hospitality. Everyone was refreshingly nice!!
