I was told the shuttle to the airport was every 30 minutes. I needed a 3 am shuttle, was scheduled for 2:30 am. They said I “missed” my ride and had to wait for an hour for the next one. They don’t run every 30 minutes. I had to risk missing my flight for his “break”. No customer service. They didn’t care. Horrible night staff.

The place literally stinks. The staff knows it will admit it, yet won’t do anything about it. All my efforts to get some kind of refund have been denied. It was outrageous.

The young lady that checked us in was very thorough checking us in, making sure we had clear instructions for facilities, shuttle service to and from car rental / airport and also recommended the Village Pub within walking distance which was incredible! My flight cancelled leaving LAS, and THE BEST SHUTTLE DRIVER picked me up from the hotel! His name was Clark! Clark instantly made me feel like everything was going to be fine! From there, my experience was wonderful. Clean rooms, friendly staff, amazing breakfast! Definitely recommend!

Property is near Harry Reid International Airport and offers long term parking for travelers. We have used rooms there specifically for the parking. The rooms are generally clean but the hall carpets and walls look old and worn. The hotel advertises a pool and hot tub but they have been broken for over a year. Staff says they are waiting for parts but after a year it seems like a lie.
