Your private sanctuary has 2 bedrooms with King beds, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, and a secret room with a Full sized bed. 3 bathrooms, a loft, a well equipped kitchen, and 3 smart TV's with Cox cable, and 2 smart TV's with the option to log into your Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Disney account. Enjoy the blissful backyard, mature landscaping, pool/spa, covered patio with table and chairs, the Weber barbecue grill is hooked up to natural gas so you will never run out. The property is in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The Las Vegas strip is only a $20 ride share away.

The property comes well equipped with all the comforts of home. If by some chance you need something that is not there, don't hesitate to ask for it.

I surprised my husband for his 60th bday. All of our kids came and this house was absolutely perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was super great as well. Lovely House in a Great Location
Everything was wonderful!: The house has a great layout, comfortable beds and furniture, and updated bathrooms and kitchen. The location is fabulous as the house is in a very nice neighborhood, is at the end of a quiet, cul de sac, is VERY close to lots of restaurants, stores, etc., and is only 15-20 minutes to The Strip. The owners are very friendly, helpful, and responsive.

It was our 37th Wedding Anniversary and we decided on a Vegas get away (our daughters decided to join us which made it much more WONDERFUL!). Luke and Karen were amazing!!! Very open and responsive throughout the entire process. Their home is beautiful, clean and has everything any family would need. Very nice and quiet neighborhood; close to EVERYTHING! Outdoor area well maintained and very relaxing. Pool was VERY clean and well maintained. It will definitely be our place to stay on our return trip to Vegas.
