we were at room 129 behind the wall room where the bed was located was making noisy construction drilling sounds idk where its coming from. hardly got a good sleep and rest it bothered us and my 5yo son and my husband during our stay.👎

When we got there to check in, their internet was down. It was about 1am and we had been up since about 5am the morning before (long drive). They could not check us in because they could not access our reservations. They spoke to Hotels.com who confirmed our reservations but they refused to check us in. They would not accommodate us in any way (mind you I had my young niece with me), nor would they match the hotels.com price so I could just pay for it through their system. The staff did not care to help. It took almost 2 hours to find a comparable hotel while sitting in their parking lot. Bad customer service at Gold Coast.

Hidden gem
This is the second stay here. Would go back again. The price can’t be beat! The rooms are updated and clean. There’s a Starbucks with a short line not too far off the room elevators. It’s a hidden gem. If they got all the elevators going, it may be perfect!
