I booked several months ago and tried to cancel the same day once I found out our event tickets were not near the hotel as I had originally thought. After several attempts including with the hotel directly, (promising that someone will get back to me multiple times), I finally got someone who told me that the room was non-cancellable.

We were in Las Vegas for a girls trip. The Jockey Club was reasonably priced, close to the strip with inside access to the Cosmopolitan casino and staff were super. Provided information for things to do and helped with booking shows. We had a great time.

This is not a new building… but kept up extremely well! So conveniently located on the strip! With parking!!! The units are extremely spacious and well equipped! I highly recommend!!

My only complaint would be about the Sapphire folks-they smoke outside, and their second-hand smoke wafts into the pool area, pretty disgusting. Also, on one of my previous stays, I walked into what looks like a restaurant off the pool area, just out of curiosity, and was approached by a Sapphire person acting like I had just entered Fort Knox unattended- wasn't cool.
