I have stayed at Embassy Suites for years. Almost always have had good experiences, it is a quality hotel chain. This was the worst service I have experienced at Embassy.
Upon booking the reservation I received a number of texts, one of which stated that having room housekeeping services (having room cleaned daily) would need to be requested 24 hours in advance. When I checked in to hotel, I requested at that moment room cleaning for the next day. I then requested it again the next morning by calling the front desk, I specifically stated we would be gone from room for a period of time and to make sure we were on the list to have room made up. We returned to an untouched room. Then left again for about 90 min around mid day and returned to an unclean room. Before leaving again to grab an early dinner before our show, I stopped again at the actual front desk, explained the situation, asked for the room to be made up with fresh towels as we would need them upon returning. Verified the room number and surprise, surprise upon return the room was still untouched.
At this point I had to go to the pool and grabbed fresh towels for us to be able to shower. I relayed this information to the front desk and "Mary" could not have been less helpful.
Also, took 3 repeated calls and waiting to get extra pillows delivered. TERRIBLE service at that Embassy.
