The entire staff from check in to check out were very friendly. We called to ask for extra towels. They brought them immediately. Everybody treated us like family. I will definitely go back to this casino.

The room is neat and clean but the front desk staff don’t smile and greet the guest when I check in Karla never say hi or smile and she don’t even tell me that there is a deposit. Then after I check out the front desk lady I forgot her name around 12 noon she don’t smile either. Front desk people need to be friendly . I want to thank our housekeeping lady she’s very nice and she make sure our room is clean and neat . Our room is on 6th floor. Great job our housekeeping lady .

My experience was not so great.i called the front desk for light balls the lamps did not have any then I called again for iron and ironing board...the mattress keep moving off the bed my husband and I keep hitting our knees with bed board ...then I had to call again second time for the light balls first call did not make it ..
