Clean and friendly but…
Everything was very clean. Everyone was super nice. However: The ice machine on our floor was not operating. They were not able to provide any extra pillows. We did get extra towels. We had to wake up at 4 am to catch a plane and unfortunately we could hear drilling noises above us until 10 pm The breakfast room had only one waffle maker and a line of ten people waiting to use it. The sausage patties were dripping with grease. And we weren’t sure if those were white egg patties or white pancakes. Fortunately IHOP was just 1/4 mile away.

Area was sketchy to say the least. The property seemed to be runner downed. The sheets on both beds were stained and nasty and when I called for new sheets I had to come down to get them which is a bit of an inconvenience. I was told the pool was 24 hrs I didn’t have a chance to try it but I did see it, it’s an indoor pool which seemed okay. Breakfast was a 2/10 in regards to selection and taste.

Make sure you have low expectations. Floors are discusting, walls are nasty, and the rooms are dirty. Customer service was not great. I would not stay there again.

Not the worst, not the best.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel needed a lot of repairs. Area seemed safe. Room was not very clean, AC didn't work well, tp holder was falling off, mold/grime around edge of shower, carpets were stained in the room and all public areas.

Served it's purpose
This was a 7 day stay. It absolutely served it's purpose of location and a bed, TV and a bathroom. Most of the staff was nice with great customer service. There were some front office that never said one word to you. Location was great wherever we needed to go. The room could definitely be upgraded. Bed and TV were fine. Would be better for a one or two night trip. But overall a nice experience.

To be honest, I stayed because of the staff. They were really good people who were working hard. The hotel itself is in definite need of a renovation. There was duct tape holding down the carpet, the bathroom, the carpet, the walls had stains throughout the facility. The linens had stains on them when we first came in, which was the wee hours of the morning. I found where the linens were kept so I could change them otherwise we probably would have looked for another hotel. When I was originally looking my room options within the area was better but because I had to wait so long for date confirmation I ended up having limited rooms to choose from in the area. I would come back if the company did some maintenance otherwise, I wouldn't consider here again and I won't recommend to others at this time. The staff is what kept me from checking to see if there were cancellations in another place. They did a good job!
