The property was central and the rooms were great. The check in process works differently than “normal” although it was definitely convenient. It can just be confusing and overwhelming when you arrive if you’re not used to it/vegas. My experience with the staff was not enjoyable at all. Although the security guard outside was super helpful and friendly so I guess that made up for it.

I was disappointed that the dining was gone since the downsize of the hotel. in previous years we always stayed at Bally's because it was convenient to grab our meals at the hotel before leaving for the day and it was affordable. The food court downstairs has a very limited selection. On the day of my departure at 6AM, I got a banana muffin and coffee for $16.00! That was sad!

Room was not cleaned prior to arrival. The vanity under the sink had streaks from where the previous occupant had missed the sink when spitting out their toothpaste. One night only 2 of the 8 elevators were working. The security guard had to take a group of us to the service elevators, as the line was backed up to the lobby. There was one pit boss who became agitator that he had to come to the black jack table to scan my players card, and made a sarcastic remark. Just overall not impressed with the hotel. Will stay somewhere else next time.

The elevator were not working properly. I was also told at check in that we order wheel chair accessibility rooms , when she mentioned it I told her that must have been a mistake non of us were in wheelchairs. She did seem to care and we were sent to rooms that made it difficult to shower . We will be choosing a different hotel for our upcoming trips

When we come here my mother-in-law is in a wheelchair and it is hell finding parking The only recommendation I could say is possibly add more handicap parking on each floor five or six by the elevators is not enough

Great stay at the Horseshoe. Great budget friendly option right at center strip. Long line at checkin but got through the line in 10 mins the kiosks were working. Room was great on the 25th floor overlooking south strip cool view of Airport and F1 building. But also really quiet. Bed was soft and the room was really big. Stayed her twice now and had a great time. Grab some grub at flavortown. Only thing was the darn parking be I get 20 bucks a day but my room key or the pass I got at the front desk did not work…. But called the attendant with the button each time and they let me out so all is well just silly at a Caesar’s property
