The room was very raggedy looking, and it had a wet smell, also I didn’t get any house service even though I requested for my room to be cleaned and also to get new towels and sheets change no one ever came. Also, the curtains fell down and no one ever came back to put it back up. It was a very terrible stay for me and my daughters and they really need to remodel that whole place. The rooms are not in good condition.

Housekeeping staff was awesome, they helped when i needed it, and very friendly, the room was great and clean, Casino staff was awesome too, cocktail servers were the best in town Hotel does lack places to dine.

Staff I arrive and there was nobody at the front desk waited for like there is something minute for the lady with the attitude show up then she gave me my room keys. The keys did not work. I came back to front desk the lady with the same attitude check in on her computer and she realize the room keys that she gave me and the room was not available and then she gave me another room. It was just a waste of time. I think they should have somebody always at the front desk because there was like a three more people beside me waiting for that lady that was on break.
