I had a very disappointing experience with this rental property due to significant communication failures and billing issues. I booked this property through Vrbo on May 12th. Despite receiving a confirmation from Vrbo, the host did not receive my booking details. This led to substantial confusion upon my arrival late night with my family.Double Charging Incident: Due to the host not receiving my booking confirmation, I was double charged for the stay:The first charge was made at the time of booking through Vrbo.The second charge was made directly by the host when they claimed they hadn't received any booking information.Lack of Support from Vrbo: I immediately contacted Vrbo support to resolve this issue. However, despite numerous follow-ups, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or resolution.
