The AC in our room did not work right and when we could get it to turn on it was so loud we had to turn ot off. Overall hotel was excellent though. Third floor "internet cafe" had a massage chair! Laundry machines were free although we did not use them.

Customer service?
The clerk at the desk had a lot of trouble checking us in and hinted that it was somehow our fault. I found out the next morning that he was mistaken and I didn't appreciate his insinuation. Breakfast was acceptable. Pillows were a little uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

Staff was great. Room was roomy and had everything we needed and more. Breakfast was great and was surprised they had a so ial hour dinners some nights of the week. Was great. Saved us hunting down a restaurant. Pool and hot tub super clen and relaxing. Would definitely go back.

Problems with the room: no cold water in the kitchen sink, silverware drawer very hard to open, and the fridge door opens the wrong way. They're reversible and considering how well appointed the place was, they ought to deal with that. Good things: fully supplied with dishes and all that. Mediocre breakfast: egg patties and very thin sausage patties were a major disappointment. Biscuits good and almost fresh. Sausage gravy barely tepid but reasonable quality. Blueberry muffins were VERY GOOD. And by the way they should have real salsa, this is New Mexico, instead of or in addition to the ubiquitous Louisiana hot sauce.

Excellent hotel…nice staff, amenities, breakfast buffet and room. We had a suite which was great for our party of four. Highly recommend and would stay there again…we were sorry we were only passing through for one night!
