You will find "Woman’s Pioneer Park", "Laabs" public pool, tennis courts, wall ball playing area, Farmer's market (Wed evening & Sat morning) at walking distance. As well as the Las Cruces Rail Road Museum for your enjoyment. Inside the home you will find a spacious living area w/smart TV, comfy queen size bed, large desk & table, kitchen w/all essentials & bthrm w/basic needs & gated parking
