Our stay was for 2 days 11/28/24 and 11/29/24 When we showered the water did not drain so the tub filled to the top each time we showered, the service was absolutely poor they charged us for two pet fees for both days we stayed which came out to an extra $60, when I went to resolve the situation all I got was confrontational arguments from 3 of the staff members which included the "assistant manager" named "Karina and other staff who hung up the phone and did not allow me to explain my situation of complaint and their names were Ana and Analisa...I'm very upset with the way I was treated and accused of having two pets when in fact we did not have not even one pet let alone two??? When we first arrived we went to go inspect the room and it wreaked of cigarette snoke when it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, so I went to go see if we can get the room changed and the hotel clerk said she was going to switch me to another room because nobody had checked in yet for several rooms that were still available... I really think that's how we got switched up with the original person that was supposed to have that room with a pet fees. So I don't know how but I got charged for two pet fees which were $15 each for 2 days which totaled up to $60 after paying $135.39 through a this 3rd party.The Assist. manager blatantly told me over the phone that we had pets per night clerk and housekeeping which is absolutely absurd and a bold-faced lie. I am truly upset of this whole situation.
