Clean wonderful room nice comfortable bed and shower. Very nice property except Breakfast was poor quality and milk in carafe was sour. I would given great marks except they truly need a new supplier for food.

I usually stay at one of the other Comfort Suites in Las Cruces but heard this one was better. I'm so glad we stayed here! It was nice and clean! We didn't have any issues except the neighbors were loud but that had nothing to do with the hotel. The breakfast was really good too! Definitely booking this one again when I go back to Las Cruces!

I stayed many nights in this hotel for the past 4 years and I always picked it for being very quiet. This time, the fan of the A/C didn’t shut down both from the wall panel or the controls on the unit and ran all night. Pretty noisy. Breakfast is very simple, used to be better. Gym needs a major overhaul.
