Really disappointed with our stay at the Radisson Beach, we booked a suite and when we entered our room, it was not clean, broken glass, toe nails on the floor, hair on floor and on bed sheets, empty tissue boxes, dust, holes in the bedding. Was absolutely shocking, it took them 4 attempts to try and rectify and get the room right and they still couldn’t manage it. The head of house keeping could not understand why we were not happy, hotel management said they were embarrassed but still didn’t try and rectify the issue. Broken tiles on the swimming pool. There was crushed muffing on the floor that was there for the 5 days we were there, no pride at all in the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. Only positive was the breakfast and the staff, they would go over and beyond to help especially Dora they were all amazing. It’s a new hotel and it’s a shame they are not maintaining it. Would never recommend or stay there again.

By accident I booked for one person instead of two and the hotel charged a ridiculous amount to add the extra person into the booking - I am sure if I had booked for 2 originally this would not have been the difference- very disappointed

Great hotel on sea front. I use it every year when traveling on business. Service is awesome - super friendly and helpful. Food is brilliant - love the waves restaurant on the sea. Beach is lovely and relatively private. Pool great too! Would highly recommend and look forward to my next visit.

After numerous confirmations from the hotel regarding the availability of an outdoor swimming pool, it turned out that the swimming pool had no water. If you confirm three times, I can expect that the pool will be available. very big disappointment from the hotel!!!! Additionally, the breakfast food was of poor quality, the halloumi cheese was very weak. the room was relatively clean, but there were black stains and mold in the shower. not allowed!
