A true 5 star oasis away from the grime of downtown Cebu! You’ll feel Iike royalty but I had a few hiccups—the toilet didn’t flush, my room service attendant brought a bottle of wine and left it with me closed as she advised she couldn’t open it. I asked for room service plates to be picked up after I finished and they didn’t come so I left my plates outside the door and they stayed there for over a day. Still, the breakfast spread was great and the hotel is lavish.

The facility was top notch. Plenty to do as a destination resort with many activities and facilities. The staff in EVERY interaction was phenomenal, friendly and helpful. Dined at every one of their restaurants, and the food was great. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with so many selections that rotated each day. Would stay here again anytime when traveling to Cebu.
