The hotel is new & cleaned but we had some kind of smell in the bathroom. It's just by the sea and the view is amazing. We came very late (23:00) and the gay from reception guide us by phone to reach the hotel quicker. The breakfast good enough. The family room (apartment in fact) - was perfect for a family with 2 kids. It was a good stay for us.

The hotel is clean, the employees are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a unique panoramic view to the Marmara Sea, Dardanelles and 1915 Canakkale Bridge. The rooms on the sea has unique view.

Place was brand new, super clean, very friendly staff. Beautiful terrace on top, nice veranda, sea view. Right off highway. Right on the water and a friendly town. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

An excellent choice of a hotel where everyone tries to be helpful and where everything is clean, neat and extremely comfortable. You can enjoy a really good breakfast. We are very pleased and changed our reservation in another hotel along our travel back to our country in order to spend one more night at Rota 17. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel deserves the highest rating. Spectacular view, huge rooms, everything was perfect. The restaurant was on the top floor and had a very good selection of mezes and traditional Turkish dishes. Beautiful cafe with a garden. Simply an excellent hotel on a beautiful location with very helpful staff.

Das hotel ist sauber. Die zimmer sind komfortabel und der Ausblick ist einmalig. Die oberste etage des hotels ist ein Restaurant in dem man sehr gut essen und trinken kann und das ganze zu sehr fairen preisen. Auf meiner durchreise werde ich dieses hotel immer wieder besuchen.
