Hotel is walking distance to the Plaza... staff should look happier and more interested in their job. . . We had to wait for the rooms to be ready even though we checked in past 8 pm.

Hotel location is very accessible and Tiffany hotel staff were affable. They have the best driver/tour guide Mang Tony, he showed us how beautiful Ilocos is. We stayed for 4 days at Tiffany, nobody cleaned the room neither change the sheets nor towels not even to take the garbage out. On the other hand only one call the staff immediately knocked and gave us fresh towels & took all the garbage that was piling up in our room. We didn’t request to change sheets and also the staff didn’t bother asking 😅, I guess it was our fault not requesting them to do so. Lastly hot shower took a while to heat up. It’s fair enough to say if you’re just looking for a place to crash after a tiring but pleasant trip then Tiffany is the place to be but if you’re sensitive to the busy streets of the city then just find another place to stay.
Tiffany Hotel has evidently undergone a recent renovation and they have done an excellent job. Muted, contemporary colors, bright, clean rooms and lobby. And the staff will work hard for your comfort.
The only take down is the location, right on the highway. If you can't ignore rumbling trucks, loud motorbikes snd the general rattle and hum of the busy city then you probably won't enjoy staying here.
I did. We stayed 4 nights and would go back.
No hot water. Restaurant hours open too late and close too early.

Budget Hotel
Friendly staff, highly accommodating. Hot water took 10 minutes to arrive do I imagine to the remoteness of the water heater.
They had a driver service that was great and we toured the north coast and then Vigan And environs which was great. The free breakfast left something to be desired but not that bad. I got what I paid for, no compliants
Hotel staff on shift were found asleep at the check in counter when I arrive to check in at 0530 hours. Explained my situation and the female on shift didn’t quite grasp what I was saying; maybe still half sleep. Good job. First room I received smelled like sewers and so I requested another. Manong or maintenance on duty was wonderful/helpful but the female on front desk needs re training or training how to treat paying customers to their hotel. Management , do something.
I liked the hotel but the bed is too short and I am only 175cm. If I lie straight my feet are on the hard board at the end of the bed so I had to put a pillow there. The hotel needs to fix this. Otherwise a good hotel, and cool cafe downstairs

Close to the main sites in town.
It was a stopover as a stepping stone to somewhere else. Room was clean and staff were pleasant enough . Did not have any drinking water so just bought a bottle from the shop across from hotel. Getting boiled water for a cup of tea or coffee to have in your room is a challenge in Philippines. Anywhere else in SE Asia its easy enough but not in the Philipines. Maybe elecric kettles are unknown in this country or a beyond reach financially to Filipina hotels. In Australia my last kettle cost 400 peso. I have had it for 3 years and still going strong. One good experience was the courtesy bus from the airport to town.Nice surprise.
We chose Hotel Tiffany because of the price and were happy with our stay. It is a no frills kind of place but clean and the staff are friendly. We were able to connect with the wifi on our floor as well. A 50's diner, Macy's, is attached to the first floor and has a decent breakfast for 95pasos. You can walk most anywhere in Laoag from the hotel and they will help get tricycles for you to the bus station or airport.

Good location just in middle of the town of Laoag.
If you want a hotel with the best ratio quality/ budget, this is suitable for you and your family.
hotel tiffany is such a budget hotel, located in the heart of the city, convenient for rush shopping and great location to nearby terminals..looking forward to going bck next year to laoag!
Great location in the centre of Laoag in terms of access to all the major sights and local transportation.
The down side however was the traffic noise. The majority of the rooms overlooked a street intersection with traffic at all hours and no soundproofing. Bring earplugs.
The attached diner served a good value breakfast, although given the location there was no lack of alternatives.
Hotel is basic, simple. rooms are clean, but don't expect luxury. Don't order a breakfast in the restaurant/ diner that is attached to the hotel - the food, coffee and hot chocolate is gross and staff is not willing to help you.
