I visit lot of places and motels were average to best.
This one - To be honest, Terrible experience.
Bed bugs, flies and insects.
Had an option to change the room, same thing, had to vacate early.
Shown the pics to General Manager Andy, initially tried to convince saying it’s quite common but when I shown the ants and flies videos (and in-person) he assured he will clean and promised me to refund the stay which I didn’t stay. He said already put a note to Expedia about refund. Been waiting to get the refund.
Expedia says none from Clarion Pointe motel acknowledging.
I kept calling, receptionist Justine said to call back in a day or two but been waiting for 3 weeks. Lame/unresponsive/irresponsible is this how you run the business??
