ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY

This beautifully presented 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lower floor luxury apartment overlooking the Lancelin bay offers all the comforts of resort style accommodation, providing you easy access to the beach and within walking distance to the shops, tavern and restaurants.

The master bedroom features a Queen sized bed with sliding doors that open to the large balcony which overlooks the ocean and en suite with a spa bath and separate double shower. The second bedroom features 2 king single beds that can be clipped together to make a king and has its own ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity.

There is a large living area with comfy couch, wall mounted TV, air conditioning & dining table. The kitchenette offers a large fridge, microwave, electric hotplate and dishwasher.
The large front balcony overlooking the ocean has a large outdoor setting.. There is also a large balcony at the rear of the apartment with a Weber gas BBQ and downstairs provides guests with a shared laundry facility, outdoor shower and communal backyard.

Full linen provided including towels. The bottom storey apartment is also available for rent.

This property strictly sleeps 4. No tents, caravans or camper trailers allowed at property.

Big apartment, set up generous with plenty of space. Amazing location with beautiful view. Walkable distance to all shops, cafes, restaurants, beach. However poor maintance of the beautiful apartment: No warm water in the shower of the main bedroom although already raised by guests 6 months ago!! Same for AC not working although already raised by previous guests. Blinds towards main entrance and street not working hence no privacy. Floor super dirty which was difficult with a crawling baby. I had to vacuum myself first thing after arrival.

Great modern property, excellent location, walking distance to shops and cafes.
Have stayed here previously and plan to stay again. comfortable accommodation, a shame there is some water damage at front of house (obviously some big storms in Lancelin). Leah the property manager is always efficient to respond on any queries.

Needs some maintenance. Rusty taps. Well furnished. Main bedroom not comfortable bed. Access to garage for storage should be standard. Great location and view.
