Very cure and very clean
I travel a lot for work and I always appreciate cleanness and comfort. This was one of those places that fulfilled my expectation. The cuteness and the cleanliness of this motel was just outstanding. Before I booked I read the reviews. And honestly it was just like the reviews. It was super clean and comfortable. Next time I am in Lancaster, PA I am definitely staying there again:)

This is great motel. Staff is super friendly. Nice outside areas for relaxing. Clean room and the mini-fridge was a nice bonus. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Very little for the money!
Room had a view of a brick wall. Ad led you to believe that there was a pool on property, you had to drive to another facility! Went to breakfast at 9:00 am. Out of oatmeal and no more was being made with an hour to go. Breakfast should have been going until 10 am! Air conditioner started and ran for 20 seconds and then shut off, did this all night long. Only thing I can say good is the maids kept the rooms very clean! Will not return to this place!

Extremely Clean and well kept !
Very clean and well kept motel. The only thing that I could say that is a negative would be that the sofa could either use a cleaning or a cover on it. I would also suggest a curved out shower bar, we have really come to love those. Less chance of contact with the shower curtain. Staff was super friendly, we were really surprised by how well kept everything was. Parking lot was clean, room was extremely clean and fresh feeling, especially for an older motel. We would recommend this motel.

Everything we hoped for.
The Travelers Rest Motel: We were only there for one night and happy that our room was very clean and well-appointed. Nice park close by to take an evening and morning walks, also excellent cafe walking distance with baked goods, live music, and nice gift shop. A cut above continental breakfast served with warm smiles. Also plenty of ice to send us out into a sweltering summer day. Will definitely stay there again!

Mother/daughter getaway
This was a mother/adult daughter 2 night stay. The motel was an older motel with front door parking. Well kept locally owned and very quiet. We did not have any problems with the room and appeared to be clean. The sink to the bathroom is located in the bed area which could be a problem for some visitors. The room had a coffee pot, mini fridge and small microwave. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
