The breakfast was great as well as the swimming pool! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was too soft for us but that might be the preference for most. There were no sidewalks to go for a walk.

They have never let us down. We stay here every time we come to sight and sound theater. We get a good nights sleep then off shopping we go.

Very disappointed with my room. It smelled like dirty feet and mildew. Front desk had to give me air freshener because there was no other room available. Phone did not work and looked like it was in a smoking room since the 1970s. As a result, I could not ask for a wake-up call and/or call for help if there was a fire or some other problem. I tried for almost an hour to get a resolution/refund with hotels.com so I go to another hotel but no luck. After a tiff with one of the staff, who snapped at me that there was nothing he could do - he was kind enough to knock on my door in the morning to make sure I was awake, which I appreciated as I had an early morning event. Then in the morning, I took my bags to the car before I came back in for breakfast. I was dressed in sports attire for an upcoming event, so I guess the staff thought I didn't belong. Someone came up to me to ask if I was a guest there. I said yes, did I do something wrong? She said no, we just didn't recognize you. Of course not - she was not at the desk when I checked in the night before! I gave her my room number (which I'm sure she checked) and she walked away. Very odd. I've never been asked that at a hotel breakfast line before. Did she judge me by my clothes? Crazy. This was not an expensive hotel with an elaborate breakfast buffet, and given my experience the night before, I'm offended they would be so snobby as to worry about someone 'stealing' a bite to eat, if that was the issue.

The staff,of Sleeping in and Suites where kind,polite, courtesy and very helful. The place was very clean, personal from the hotel cleaned my room every day and put every thing in my room. Breakfast was decent very acceptable and of course I fully recommend sleep in and suites in Ronks, it is a great stay and reasonable price per nite

Traffic was frequently heavy. Getting in and out of the property was often hard. There was an alarm that went off in an adjoining property that went on for hours. Very annoying. The WiFi was so bad I couldn’t read my email. But I did love the property and might stay there in the future.

Noisy...no sleep....no help
First night was good. 2nd night was terrible. The guests above us and next to us were extremely noisy. The guests were running, yelling and banging from 10:30 to 130am. Went to the front desk 4 different times with no help. Never again

The only complaints I have are the side door doesn’t lock so anyone can walk in, the bathroom lights are too dim and the bed was very squeaky. Overall, our stay was very good.
