I would steer clear of this hotel. Check-in was simple enough but the smell of curry powder in the hallway, all week long, was nauseating. The owners live there & you can tell what they eat, ALL WEEK LONG. The continental breakfast was a joke. Stale cereal, milk almost ready to spoil, dirty heating/cooling vents in the room with the food AND bare wire for lighting on the ceiling. The only thing good about our room was the water pressure in the shower. It was the best I've had in Lancaster BUT it certainly didn't negate the fact that the previous guests sliver of left over soap was sitting on the top sill of the shower. If you do take a chance staying here (and I hope you don't), & there is a sliver of a bar of soap on top of the shower in room 105, it's been there since Sept 2024! The sprinkler system is in need of some cleaning. From the cobwebs on the sprinklers, you could tell no cleaning or maintenance checks get done. We also heard people upstairs at 4am walking on the floor, back and forth. The rooms have no carpet in them, just regular snap together flooring (installed poorly) While checking out today, we did talk to a fellow guest from the 2nd floor. He mentioned his wife saw a roach the previous night. As if I didn't need another reason to stay there, the roach news sealed the deal. When we checked out, I told the owner about our issues & I'd never stay there again. I also mentioned what the other guest said & all he said was no one told me. He didn't seem to care.

The Desk Clerk was very cordial and knowledgeable. Was eager to give us recommendations for restaurants and directions to the venue we were attending. Would have appreciated an elevator as I have bad knees and the stairs were a bit of a challenge. I would recommend to others.

It did advertised for TV closed captioned. I signed up for the 1 night stay. After this, I found out that it was no close captioned install. It was very disappointing. I told the desk clerk that why it advertises that have the closed captioned? He couldn’t give me an answer.

Nice, simple, clean place to stay. Good price and convenient location. Only a motel no pool or playground Short walk to some Restaurants like the Waffle House and Mini golf. Simple free breakfast

We asked to have the room serviced twice, but it never was. They did give us clean towels when we went to the desk. The breakfast area was extremely small, and the food was extremely limited. The fan in the bathroom was terribly loud. They could use brighter light bulbs.

Things seemed clean, but as we got into the room it was not. Box spring sheet had stains on it, toilet was leaking around the base and had quite a puddle. Bed was low and not very comfortable but the worst part was the musty smell in room 102. Def. Hard on our breathing. We should of switched rooms. Won’t ever stay here again.

Not enough towels in the room for showers No elevator, I did put in a request for a first floor room, which was not answered. Breakfast a joke, toast, bagel, two kinds of cereal, oatmeal coffee juice not really a continental breakfast but that’s OK. There has plenty of wonderful places to eat breakfast.

As always there are pros and cons. But unfortunately the cons win this time. Pros: 1) Cleanliness - Rooms, hallway and lobby were all clean. 2) Customer Service - Sudheer was really friendly and kind. Others were also OK. Cons: 1) Food - it was the worst. There were ZERO protein and ZERO fruits. To top it all, we saw bugs crawling out of cereal packets. It was a nightmare. 2) Comfort - There is nothing to say about this, except not good. They do not even provide filtered water. 3) Toiletries - The soap and shampoo was of the worst quality you can ever think of. Makes you skin so dry and your hair absolutely frizzy. Overall: May be one of the cheapest you can find. But definitely it was not a good value for the money.

I enjoyed my time here. There was no smoking or loud noises. When we had an issue with the bathroom thye kindly switched our room. The location was great. Waffle house on the corner, Dollar General across the street. I came with a Family of five and the room was just the right size for us. Beds very comfortable. Room was clean and well stocked fore and my family.

We were a family of 4, there was only a tiny soap in the bathroom that you cannot even hold well to shower. We had a bag of food on the floor, in the morning we found a colony of black ants in it. Breakfast was bread, bagel, butter, jelly, coffe, orange juice, 4 oatmeal bag for all the hotel, and a cereal (with milk). No banana, no fruit, no pancake, no small hot dog, no hot pocket, ...
