"Everything stood out - Staff, clean room and the amenities. However, what truly made this hotel unique was the team. Staff plays a very important part in a hotel's reputation, and every staff member I encountered were genuinely welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They handled everything with a smile and a "can-do" attitude. They were all so consistently helpful and attentive!
