Paid for a room with Wifi. Wifi was not working at all! Asked at front desk was told the the internet was “spotty”and that she would “talk to management “ so basically I don’t care go away. Very disappointed.

Lovely hotel with great amenities, could fault nothing at all. The Grill Restaurant also served delicious food, and very friendly staff in both hotel and grill. Would certainly recommend.

**Rating: 2/5** I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from ideal. While the room appeared cleaned, it was not done thoroughly. The most concerning issue was the bathroom—the toilet was gross. I brought this to the attention of the front desk immediately upon noticing it, but I felt mostly brushed aside. The staff assured me that they would make a note on my account and inform the general manager the next day, but this did little to alleviate my discomfort after a long drive. Despite my concerns, I stayed the night as I had just arrived in town. The next morning, during checkout, I reiterated my complaint to a very friendly older lady at the front desk. Unfortunately, she had no record of my earlier complaint, despite being told there would be notes on my account. She did kindly offer me $5 discount cards for the restaurant, but I declined since I was leaving town. To add to the list of disappointments, the building had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways, which further detracted from the overall experience. Overall, while the staff were friendly, the lack of thorough cleaning and poor communication about my complaint left me dissatisfied with my stay. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.
