Nice property and the service was good. Restaurant was good. Showers had a lot of mold. Technology was old, no smart TVs, lots of noise, from neighbouring rooms. No basic amenities such as coffee and cream in rooms. Spa is charging RMT prices but they are not RMTs. Good massage but no receipt for insurance and they did not disclose that they were not registered.

Fantastic stay!Wonderful front desk staff.Easy check in process.Underground parking with access to a trolly for luggage was definitely a bonus. We ended up staying on our way thru to our final destination & stopped for a stay on our way home.

I think they should have complimentary coffee in the lobby for people who wake up early in morning and not want yo disturb everyone in the room by making coffee then going down to lobby to read while their partners sleep. We travel quite a bit and there is always coffee in lobby.

There was a dead spider and 2 live beetles/cockcroach like bugs on the wall. Room seemed unused in quite sometime. Gentleman at front desk was very informative and friendly!! You can tell he enjoys his job and we enjoyed his knowledge of the area. Nice pool area, would be great in summertime.
