This was such a beautiful, old Florida feel camp. We met a lot of cousins there for a celebration of life. We stayed in the hotel rooms and it was a great place for us all to hang out with everyone. We rented 2 pontoon boats and went out on Lake Kissimmee. There was live music on Saturday night which was nice to go down to the water and hang out and listen to the band. There is a good truck with great food morning, non, and night. Also a restaurant back by our hotel area. I loved the Sandhill Cranes. I will be back and tell others if this hidden gem.

Our stay at Camp Mack was good. The room was average, comfortable, good beds, but seating was some verry hard old chairs. We used our bag chairs for seating. Everything was clean and the only problem was inconsiderate neighbors. They were very loud until1:00 a.m. then they ran the TV all night loudly. Was a very cute place. We only stayed for 2 nights just to sleep while passing through didn’t get to enjoy the fishing or other activities. It was clean and updated interior but to put the beds were very worn needed updated

We stayed here for a 3 day weekend. We visited River Ranch Resort and this was a more affordable stay that was about 30 minutes away. The hotel room was nice, very clean, and comfortable. It was a very quiet and relaxing stay. We did not have any signal but the WiFi worked fine. The no signal made it a little difficult to get around without our phone GPS but you can manage if you pay attention to the roads which is not too complicated. We got to the property after the office had closed and received a text message on how to access our room and it was quick and easy without any issues. My only minor complaint is that the property is huge and we were driving around lost for a while trying to find the hotel rooms until someone was kind enough to direct us. During the weekends there is a food truck near the office which serves breakfast which was really convenient. The store on the property has the most basic of essentials and the staff is nice. The part of the property near the water is super charming and peaceful. Our kids had a blast running around and playing hide and seek. It was not crowded at all. Overall recommend for a nice country getaway.

Fishing Tournament Trip

The room looked like it had been recently remodeled. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice having a microwave and mini fridge. The WiFi was very fast, I had to use my own HULU, no antenna or cable hookup for the TV. Google will tell you to make a left at their sign hat has a large left arrow. You actually need to continue straight on the road to get to the office.
