You know the expression "Location, Location, Location"? Well... this condo is the definition of that since it is located just 0.1 miles from the lifts! You can walk to the Village at Palisades Tahoe and indulge in a delicious lunch, a beer on the KT deck, a fine glass of wine with your dinner or just a quick bite of freshly grilled corn on the cob. After exploring everything at the village, take a short walk back to the cozy one bedroom condo right on the Shirley Creek and nearly at the trailhead for Shirley Canyon. This condo is set up with everything that you will need for your stay, including a nice wood-burning fireplace for relaxing in front of after a long day on the slopes. Not a winter person? Don't worry this condo is just as nice in the summer! You can take the gondola up to the top and enjoy the pool with amazing views of the mountain tops or take a hike up Shirley Mountain and check out the waterfalls. Fido would love it for sure and this cozy condo is pet-friendly! Enjoy your evening by opening the windows and listening to the soothing sound of the creek.

The condo can accommodate four people. There is a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Queen pullout in the living room.

*We do offer optional "cancel anytime" travel insurance providing cancellation and medical coverage for only 9.8% of the total reservation cost. If an unforeseen event* prevents you from making your trip, you are covered. *Ask for benefit coverage and exclusion details. Prices are subject to change.

Do not book for more than 14 nights online. Your reservation will be cancelled. Inquire with Tahoe Truckee Vacations should you desire a stay exceeding 14 nights.
*For pet-friendly properties: if you have received prior written approval to bring a pet, the additional fee is $100/pet to be charged once you've booked. Please notify us of the pet prior to booking. Pet fees that are not paid within 24 hours of booking will be canceled.
