The only thing that I have to say, I wish I could’ve taken advantage of while I was there was room upgrade. I thought I was getting the best room there when I did my online reservation and there wasn’t any rooms available for upgrade upon arrival but other than that, it was. Dacians and an overall stay was pleasant.

Well we read a lot of reviews in regards to this hotel.. And it just seemed kind of ridiculous of people would be putting this hotel down. We were looking for a place that had a Roman bathtub, with jets. also the way that the room was so romantic, including the fireplace and It was clean .The only thing that I saw was wrong was a broken towel rack but oh my god they put something else down below it for our use The huge shower was so beautiful the lighting in the room was gorgeous and the TV with all the channels you can watch movies all night long and sit in a jetted tub this is what we were just looking for we wanted that jetted tub. And plus we got more, the price for that room was great and I'll tell you we had a great peaceful night sleep. Thank you very much and I will let my friends know what we found. And can't wait to see it in the snow. Please keep up the good work. Can't find hotels that is so unique.

My name is Timothy Filburn. I stayed at your establishment the 18th and 19 October 2024. When I arrived, I tried to cancel the reservation because I found out that a friend of mine had been bitten by a brown recluse spider. Your manager said that was not going to happen. My girlfriend found a cockroach on the morning of the 19th. I went and showed it to your manager and that’s when he said he contacted you and that you would give me a $50 reimbursement, which I didn’t feel was adequate. And then I went back to the room and found a spider in the room. I was told when I came back this afternoon that you had said that because I didn’t take the $50 I wasn’t going to get anything. This is completely totally unacceptable.!! You should be ashamed to run in business like this!! I’m gonna leave a review every single chance and every single website I
