Pretty good stay. A bit loud and busy with small children but it's a family resort so what do you expect. Next time I think we'll do something a little higher end with higher ratio of adults to children. Would be really nice if Tahoe offered some adult only resorts. Staff was great and accommodating though.

Location was very convenient. Room wasn’t ready by check in. They have valet parking only so if you don’t want a long wait for the car during check out, the. You’ll need to check out earlier than 10am.

I did not like their housekeeping rules At checking you are informed that you get houseif you request it Our room was scheduled for a tidy as they called it and I asked for sheets towels and coffee replenish but what I got was coffee and sheets that I have to place on the beds and no towels or clean up Disappointing

I liked my stay. Only issue was my key did not work, with 3 kids with me i had all our stuff and key doesnt work. Went downstairs gave us a new room and key did not work again. I was saddened by this experience. Can you please fix the door so it can read the cards. The beginning sets the mood and journey forbthenrest of the trip and moving to 3 rooms with all my kids is not fun or enjoyable

Didn’t like that there was no continental breakfast and the hot tub had a hard 10pm closure! Silly complaints I know - everything else was top notch - location, cleanliness and staff! I would stay here again!
