Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Restaurant was good and fair prices. The downfall is the hotel was that there seems to be no insulation. We heard the neighbor on one side talking on the phone and he sounded like he was at the end of our bed. The other neighbor’s music was clearly audible in our room as well.

The hotel was excellent and super clean. The workout room had two Pelotons and there was a nice swimming pool. The onsite restaurant and bar was great with multiple options. But the front desk staff, Sam was the best in helping us with our booking and providing recommendations on where to visit.

Its location on the side of a mountain , yet very easy to walk into the town of Lake Placid. Great bar and outdoor and seating for drinks around a fire pit. Rooms are well thought out and very clean. Hotel quit despite it being large with a large number of guests. Staff very helpful and welcoming.
