Nice location, clean room, but ours didn`t have a window facing outside but rather looked into the pool, which we didn`t love. Room was on the smaller side. Nice pool and hot tub, excellent staff.

This a $100 room marked up to a Lake Louise quality hotel price. Compared to a less expensive wonderful hotel in Banff, this was just a rip off! Would avoid ! Room was small, noisey with exterior corridor, tiny TV, only a double bed, restaurant charged meals compaired to Fairmont prices but only average quality. Rip off!

A nice property with outdoor seating areas if weather is good. Lake Louise is tiny so limited dining options. The room we had was tiny and extremely dated. Not filthy but light switches needed a good wipe and it looked like bathroom ceiling had some mould spots starting. I guess $500 is the going rate in the area, but this should be roadside motel prices. Staff are pleasant.
We payed 420.00 a night American and this was a 80.00 night motel at best. Room was dirty and the bathroom door hit the toilet so you had to close the door to get to the tub. 1/2 roll TP in the room. It was in terrible disrepair!! I have a bunch of pictures of how bad it was. We sit in our car at the visitors center to keep from being in the room. We were told building #4 had not been redone. They changed the same as if it had!
Only booked for 1 night. Convenient and comfortable. We were kindly offered an upgrade to a kitchenette unit. Dinner and breakfast good.
Only issues were that, with just 2 restaurants, there was no bar to have a drink while waiting for a table for dining. And the pool/spa facilities were overlooked (directly) by the main lobby/restaurant area and rooms, which may be why no-one was using them!
Great place to stay comfortable beds, great food options and lovely surroundings. Lots of parking. Only drawback was lots of other people up from 6am, dragging their luggage, which woke us up earlier than we planned or needed to be up.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night stay - we loved our room and the hotel facilities (especially the jacuzzi) and the staff were great. We booked the junior suite and were worried about the murphy bed but it was very comfortable. Property is pricey but that's to be expected for the area. The only things we didn't like were the weak shower pressure in the bathroom and the odd square-shaped pillows.
