The Space:
Baxter at Lake George Winery by Tiny Away is the perfect family staycation with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities.

The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including a waterless eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people’s needs with natural resources and processes to save water through using eco-friendly toilets to save the environment.

If you plan to spend your farm stay NSW getaways here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please advise that there are 2 tiny houses on this property, which are also rented out about 8 meters away. So expect some company from other guests as some areas are shared. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.

Pre-orders

- We have restaurant and cellar door onsite and is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
- ⁠Dinner orders can be placed and collected during these hours or we can place the food in your tiny house if you are checking in late. Please call our restaurant to arrange this.

A beautiful location in the vineyards near Lake George, this tiny house was lovely to stay in. The locals were very friendly- kangaroo mob for breakfast.
