Room was ok. We got a two room suite, nice sized. Had a separate tub and shower, I liked that. Lots of towels, housekeeping came every day if you chose which is great. Pool is clean and very warm which was nice. Hot tub was nice. Breakfast wasn’t great. Small area, limited options but Starbucks is right next door. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. There’s no elevator here and no luggage cart so if you can’t climb stairs make sure to request first floor room. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything and everyone. Not a bad stay or place. Had very little interaction with staff but my family likes to stay to ourselves.

Cozy, perfect & will be back!
This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and very accomodating. The breakfast bar was just enough (wish there was bacon though). I loved that it was cozy and not oversized. Being in walking distance to the outlets was an extra bonus!

Very bad property. Don’t recommend this place at all. Wouldn’t give 50$ for the room in this hotel. And we paid 300$ per room which is crazy. Rooms are really bad like carpets are really dirty. Bathroom floor had hair on it. It was not at all maintained. Breakfast was okay.

First of all Expedia should actually take adequate time to look at what it sells. From arrival, the pungent smelling lobby at check-in to the strained carpets throughout the facility, this is far from suites or a hotel as listed. This location is just a low cost (that shows) motel. It's a two floor location with stairs that are in dire need of a structural engineer to evaluate them. When we arrived we noticed a room with a very loose door lock/knob that simply needed its screws tightened which was just too much for management. Our room lacked room service and after an entire day out, not even the beds were made. The pool not only had a filthy layer of grime at the bottom clearly needing a treatment of shock and a scrubbing but it's underwater light was loose and dangerously has electrical wires exposed to the water. The ceiling was stained and there were tiles missing and loose in the hot tub and around the pool. Outside of this, traffic around the location is very heavy, even more so than one closer to the lake.

The property is ranked as a 3 star. I would say, more like a 2 star. The halls and stairwells are narrow. The linen was a little damp from the a/c. The bed spread had a bit of an odor. They did have some really good pillows. The TV was about a 30inch, sitting on top a huge cabinet. It looked strange

Lobby is furnished mismatched used furniture. Overall visual atmosphere is dreary and worn. My room was clean but dreary. Front desk understaffed. No one was behind desk at 5:00pm as 8 people waited to check in. At check out, clerk on-duty was having foreign - language conversation on phone while he took my key, never stopping his conversation until I told him to pay attention to me, the customer. He then could not give me a print-out of my charges and told me I'd have to get it from Expedia. Third rate experience.
