We stayed in a room on the third floor that had 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. The sheet came off the pull out sofa and there was a big brown stain the size of a football on the mattress. The mattress was disgusting! I can’t believe how they could allow that. Front Desk Staff is rude. My first encounter with front desk was before my stay. I called because I needed to add a person to the reservation and was told I would get a call back in 10 minutes. An hour passed and I never got a call back. I called again and they said that they were busy helping other guests- no apology. They told me they would call back which they did but was about an hour and a half later at 10:30pm. I was asleep. overnight staff was rude during my stay. I had called around 8:45pm to ask for extra blankets and the male front desk person said that they would have someone bring them. At 10pm I called because no one ever came. The female front desk person with an accent said, “Well i just got in and no one said anything to me. No one is going to take you anything.” The kindest people were the staff at the restaurant during breakfast. They were very kind and helpful. Overall I don’t recommend this hotel. Pay a few extra bucks to stay at a cleaner hotel with better customer service.

This is a very reasonably priced hotel for its location. Other hotels in the area cost more and this one had all the basic amenities I needed. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. Bed was good and room was clean. I recommend it for families.

The hotel was not nor the rooms were cleaned well. We booked for a family and never stocked properly with towels for each family member. We had to call for the correct amount of linen everyday. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, you can feel the springs. And linen wasn’t provided. We had to call and specify each piece needed to make the bed, how come they don’t know what you need to make a bed(sheets, blanket, pillow, etc). The hygiene products are low quality and very drying to your skin. The breakfast is just ok. There’s a man that watches you and everything you do like you’re in prison. He’s not friendly to children. Upon entering our room the patio door and bathroom window was wide open. So we had a few mosquitos and it just didn’t feel safe. The curtains weren’t even wide enough to completely cover the front window. The pool was cloudy/dirty everyday and the jacuzzi was closed after the 1st night. The elevator is very slow and the staircases are inconveniently situated. We travel a lot and we’re very flexible, not do we complain much. But we’d never stay here again especially with a family. This place is very low quality.

At first impression of the property was very favorable. When I first walked into my room I was very pleased, it was not what I expected at all. I was expecting just a room with 2 beds. The room was very nice, a place to kick off my shoes and relax. Which I did. Then when I was getting ready to shower is when I noticed how dirty the bottom of my socks were. DISGUSTING !!!!!!!!!

Great place to house a family of 5.
We had to make last minute arrangements for 3 adults and 2 children and found Best Western in Lake Forest. It offered a one bedroom with two queen beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable but worked for the kids. The breakfast offered was great! The price also great compared to other hotel rooms that slept fewer people.
