Excellent Hotel with Great Views staff friendly overall great holiday. Restaurant was not great/ food was cold when it arrived at the table think it had been pre frozen and the warmed up rubbish !!! also in rooms coffee making facilities not great only paper cups plus we had to keep asking for coffee to be left in room. The view made up for all that and made our holiday great .

My fiancée and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Regina Beach Hotel and Restaurant, and I must say, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. A lovely gentleman with glasses and a bald head (apologies for not recalling his name) went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Within minutes of settling into our room, he surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from our balcony. Positioned in the heart of the lake, with the majestic mountains as a backdrop, it felt like we were in paradise. Gravedona town may have been quiet, but the serenity of the surroundings only added to the charm of our stay. What truly made our time at Hotel Regina Beach unforgettable was the combination of the stunning scenery and the exceptional customer service. It was during our stay that I decided to propose to my now fiancée, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to capture the moment, presenting us with beautiful photos that we will cherish forever.
