We arrived at night, wanted to drop off our stuff and go out. Little did we know we would have to go to 4 dirty rooms before finally getting to a clean one, 45 minutes later. The 1st room had already been used as the previous guest had complained of the toilet not working and was moved into another room but the front desk mistakenly put us in it. So we obviously request another room and get one on the 4th floor. We arrive to the 4th floor to be greeted by a big, full, trash bag when the elevator doors opened. Still we proceeded to our room and when we went in, the ac was off, the bathroom sink covered in hair and we pulled the comforter off to discover more hair. We call the front desk again, they apologize and come up to the 4th floor to find us another room. We get taken to 2 more rooms, including a suite and find hair again in the beds. After all this, we request to see a room not on the 4th floor and we get a room on the 3rd floor. The next day, the manager interrupts our breakfast to apologize for the rooms and offers us 15k reward points. We request 20k points and get told she will discuss with general manager. Days later of back and forth calls, the general manager rudely tells us no points are being offered. We will not be returning to this hotel as there are other, cleaner options with professional staff.
