Not many options open late with hot food at least til 2/3am my room had water bottles from the previous person still in it. Dirty toilet paper in trash can. Pool is nice as far as the front employees that check ID’s before entering they are RUDE not all but most. I checked out the same day I checked in because the whole process to even get in the casino was terrible and went to check into golden nugget next door. I want a refund I only stayed a few hours!!! Did not use the pool OR CASINO because of the worker.

I did not view the breakfast menu. The only thing that bothered me was a half empty shower gel. It could have been filled up. It comes across as “used” shower gel from the previous customer. Making sure all soaps and gels are filled up is my only recommendation for the room.

I realize that this hotel caters to gamblers and I was there because of a high school sports competition. We have always enjoyed our time there but my room was not cleaned appropriately upon arrival, long hairs all over the bathroom, a bed made sloppily. I also called the front desk on multiple occasions, I would have gone to the desk but the lines are so long at all hours of the day, and they NEVER picked up. Not once. Just disappointed, considering the rates.

Very bad stay this time. Looks like L’Auberge is getting old and infrastructure is not that great anymore. Our executive room sink had just dripping water and the shower was same way for 2-3 minutes before going totally dry. Called the service desk to know it’s an ongoing issue and they are working on it. Never got fixed and we had to checkout without shower. And after initial call they won’t even pick the phone.

Great outdoor pool for family! However, check in for disabled occupant was an issue. I booked it in hotels.com since it said wheelchair accessible and connecting room. When we checked it, rooms were across from each other. We explained we are with 3 elderly seniors and my disabled dad who had to be fed thru peg tube and diaper changed every 3hrs. Apparently, Kathy, the manager, who tried to help us, was not able to provide this request. So vacationers, kindly make sure you confirm and request this before you go to the hotel sincenit is not an assurrance even it was stated on the hotel room. It was all of our first time. We got 2 luxury queen rooms. No accommodarions were extended.. however, hotel is very nice.
