This lovely room furnished in Tyrolean style offers the possibility of adding a third bed.
The room is equipped with satellite TV, safe, bathroom with shower and a balcony with magnificent view of the Dolomites, facing southwest.
Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:
- Adults (from 14 years): 2
- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure
Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances.
The Bonichhof is more than an accommodation facility; it is a real house at the gateway to the Dolomites, where you can spend your holidays feeling at home and enjoying a spectacular, sun-kissed panoramic position.
This wonderful mountain house is located on a natural terrace, just 500 metres from the centre of Laion. It therefore boasts the perfect combination of an idyllic oasis of peace and a convenient location for reaching the village.
It has a large flat and two double rooms, all furnished in typical Tyrolean style.
The Moroder family will welcome you with open arms to their home. On request and at an additional cost, they will also prepare an exquisite breakfast with local and homemade products.
In summer, the location is spectacular: in addition to the incredible panorama and the many hours of sunshine, the centre of Laion is only a few minutes' walk away. From there, public buses can be used free of charge to reach nearby Val Gardena and all the other destinations in beautiful South Tyrol. Hiking trails start right behind the house, for example to the Unterpulg Alm.
In winter the location is strategic, as you can reach the Dolomiti Superski ski lifts in approx. 15 minutes by public bus.
A large garden will allow you to enjoy the Alpine panorama and breathe in the clean mountain air. The house has everything you need for your holiday such as a ski depot with boot heater, shared washing machine, outdoor parking space, wi-fi linen and towels. Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
