Reasonable hotel
Hotel was very responsive and helpful both pre and during stay. Room was very basic but had what you needed. Breakfast not great, was not confident that a lot of it was fresh and the normal bread was too stale to eat everyday. Overall, was comfortable and very acceptable. Would use it again

Very good service, friendly staff in the kitchen, excellent breakfast. Good location in the centre of Lahti with on site parking. Good value for money overall. Comfortable beds. Interior looked a bit outdated though.

Rather old-fashioned hotel poor value for money
Thankfully we checked-in around midday before going out with relatives because reception closes about 7 pm and the front door is locked. When we returned at around 9 pm, there was no bar or anywhere to sit comfortably with friends. The room was quite small and adequate for one night but the weather was very hot and the ventilation limited. It cost us more than a very nice hotel in the centre of Helsinki, so we felt is was poor value for money.

Worst hotel experience ever!
This hotel is a desperate need of revamp. The reception, room etc areas are worn out and breakfast was very poor in terms of quality and choice. We found hair in the bathroom so things weren't tidy either and the room itself was cold and uninviting. The only good thing about this hotel was its central location. I can't believe how over priced hotels in Finland are - the price=quality are no match here!

Hyvää vastinetta rahoille
Yhden hengen huone oli siisti, ikkuna oli sisäpihalle. Huoneessa on oli suuri televisio, vedenkeitin, jääkaappi ja hiustenkuivaaja. Käytävällä oli mikro. Kylpyhuone oli siisti, mutta hiukan ahdas ja varustettu vain suihkuverholla, jolloin lattia kastuu suihkun aikana. Sisääkirjautuminen sujui sunnuntaina kätevästi ovikoodin avulla ja alakerran parkkihallissa oli silloin hyvin tilaa. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen sisältäen myös munakokkelia ja lämpimiä makkaroita. Sijainti on hyvä lähellä keskustaa, mutta rauhallisen kadun varrella. Kaikenkaikkiaan positiivinen kokemus.

Hotellissa ei ole muuta valitettavaa , kuin ilmastoinnin puute. Olimme hotellissa hellepäivänä, mutta saimme huoneen toivomuksestamme varjon puolelta ja huone oli sopivan viileä😁! Sijainti on hyvä.
