Kaanapali Ground Floor Renovated & 20 steps to the Ocean

Welcome to our tropical paradise at beautiful Papakea Resort. Our condo E106 is conveniently located on the ground floor with very close access to the ocean and the pool area in building E.

This is a legally permitted vacation rental and hotel zone according to the County of Maui ordinances.

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR CONDO IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 8 YEARS OLD.

The kitchen has been remodelled with maple cabinets, granite counters, recessed lighting and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils and all the cookware you can imagine to make a gourmet meal!

The bathroom has been remodelled with a travertine stone shower, new frameless glass shower doors, new toilet and separate vanity area with blowdryer.

The Master bedroom has a new king size mattress (Jan 2023), hotel style bedding, a flat screen HDTV, a ceiling fan and plenty of closet and dresser space.

The living room has all new furniture and new local art in August 2021, glass lamps , a new 50" flat screen smart TV, and free wifi. There is also a bistro style dining room table and 4 chairs.

Take advantage of the afternoon shade and trade winds to keep the entire condo cool naturally. The unit is also equipped with new super quiet split system air conditioning, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, as well as a BOSCH washer/dryer (we provide detergent)

We provide beach chairs, a cooler, boogie board, beach umbrella and golf putters for the putting green located right in front of our condo.

Wake up to the sound of the ocean and enjoy the morning sun as you sip coffee on the spacious lanai, complete with new lanai furniture

As VRBO renters ourselves for years we have tried to provide everything possible to make your stay amazing!

Papakea charges a facilities fee of $25 per night . This is paid directly to the front desk when you check out. This covers your parking , wifi, cable, local calls and all the resort amenities.

The location of Papakea couldn't be better. While Mother Nature removed Papakea's seasonal beach several years ago, you are just a short walk across the beautiful Papakea grounds to famous North Kaanapali Beach, which stretches almost two miles all the way south to Black Rock. That means you have all the access to one of the best beaches in the world without the intrusion of crowds of beachgoers right outside your window. You are just steps from a terrific snorkelling reef, where you can enjoy swimming with the gorgeous Hawaiian fish and sea turtles.

We are so impressed with this resort and condo! It is so comfortable and very quiet and low key! So nice to have ocean access right from the resort. Location is perfectly situated close to shopping and restaurants. Owner was very responsive. The bed was awesome and unit stocked very well! Grounds are well maintained and kept clean. Highly recommend staying here!! Hope we can come back some day!!

Outstanding location (beach front, close to shop/restaurant), with well equipped facility and appliances in excellent working condition, and everything was super clean. Beautiful, clean and well kept Maui condo
My daughter and I spent five lovely days in Maui. We stayed at this condo which was exceptionally clean, well decorated, and steps from the beach and the pool. We had a fantastic time, saw lots of whales, swam with the turtles, ate good food, and are super duper sad to be back home where we now dream of when we can come back. This condo is a 10 out of 10 and both of us highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I enjoyed a week in this property very comfortably. The ground floor made it very convenient to walk a few step to the ocean, the pool, and hot tub. We sat on the patio every morning and evening. The bed was super comfy, and all other amenities were great. It is also walking distance to food trucks, and the grocery store. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This was the perfect place to stay! The condo was even better than described. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, close to the beach and had everything we could possibly need. We love to cook and the kitchen was very well stocked...Michelle thought of everything! The grills by the pools were kept VERY clean, too. The Papakea complex is gorgeous and impeccably maintained. Michelle was great at communicating and got back to us right away when we had a few questions. This condo definitely exceeded our expectations and we will be staying here again next year! Everything was as advertised, and even exceeded expectations. We loved being on the ground floor which gave us more convenient access coming and going. The condo is so well stocked, I couldn't even believe it sometimes! The bed is so comfortable, we slept amazingly well, and I'm a bad sleeper! We had a slight mishap with the fridge but Michelle (the owner) was on it immediately, and did everything in her power to make it right. The furniture on the lanai was nicely upgraded - the ONLY thing that could've made it better was a lounger on the lanai. As it got busier, loungers by the pool and ocean were harder to come by, but certainly not a deal breaker! Our favorite part was lying by the ocean wall, watching turtles, whales and dolphins swim by all day long. This was was a perfect place to escape the craziness during the Pandemic. We cooked all our meals at home, enjoyed watching the sun come up, and long warm evenings on the lanai as the sun set. The grills across from the unit in the pool area were so convenient, and spotless every time we used them. They really take amazing care of this place! Can't wait to come back!!
