The expansive grounds include a full-size tennis court (equipment included), a sparkling in-ground pool, a pool spa, and a large practice putting green. Indulge in luxe California living on the massive patio complete with an outdoor kitchen and dining area. Watch the sunset from the patio and gather around the large firepit for evening entertainment.

Entertain family and friends in the elegant, formal living and dining areas in the great room. The designer kitchen boasts a deluxe suite of high-end appliances and custom additions including a walk-in pantry and built-in wine rack for gourmet group meal prep.

The entertainment room features six, individual leather recliners plus a reclining sofa and a huge smart TV for cinematic movie viewing. The step-up bar lounge includes a bar and poker table if you're looking to up the ante on the night's entertainment. Even more friendly competition awaits in the upstairs game room equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard and karaoke room. A pair of fun saddle seats and a day bed offers the option for laid-back afternoon lounging. The state-of-the-art gym is fully equipped for even the most comprehensive workout routines. Primary guests will enjoy an extra dose of luxury with a private sauna located in the primary en suite.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
