The location of the hotel is wonderful. Very walkable to tons of restaurants, shopping, and the marina. The hotel could use updating. There are tons of open to the public unused odd spaces. The pool decking is in disrepair and there are not enough umbrellas for all of the seating. We did not find the staff to be very accommodating or even pretend to not hate their jobs - especially the women at the front desk. The advertised “beach club” does not allow hotel guests to even sit in a chair poolside without paying for the chair even while ordering drinks and food which we found odd. I understand being charged for beach chairs, but there were tons of empty pool chairs (not sun beds which I would understand) & we were not permitted to sit. Nor were we permitted to lay poolside on our towels - we were made to sit on a rock wall - even while purchasing drinks and food from their poolside restaurant all day. I don’t quite understand why they are referring to this location as “their beach club” when hotel guests aren’t treated any differently. Overall, the location of the resort is the only draw.

The Tivoli is an extremely large facility with several “wings” of rooms Negotiating our way around was interesting at first but we got used to it Several restaurants on site The staff were very helpful There is a shuttle to the beach which was very convenient Enjoyed the stay

We loved the property, easy walk to old town where all the action is. Nice pool area, the property is large and easy to get lost. Liked the happy hour held daily in the bar, we met many guests staying in the hotel and had lots of fun. The breakfast was awesome. We would stay here again, the room was large and clean.

The hotel is very dated, our room including the bathroom was badly in need of refurbishment. Drawers wouldn’t open because the wood was warped. There are too many problems to list. Food in the restaurant was never hot.

Great tucked away resort yet close to all of the action. Enjoyed the pool during our afternoon downtime with a bonus surprise of a private shuttle bus to & fro private beach!

there were two things I did not like about the property, was that you could only use the pool near the rooms, You could only use the pool ( or sit on a lounge chair if you paid to reserve them , 15 Euro in advance, or 20E the day of. And I found this out the hard way. Also, Ice cubes are scarce, to fill up my yeti for the day, they will charge 5 Euro per day to get ice!!! Just charge extra per night instead of nickel and diming the service.

Standard hotel. Pool, longe areas and reception were nice. We got a standard room with a horrible location. We asked to move and were shown probably the only room in a worse location so stayed put as we didn’t want to waste anymore time the next day looking for another room. Reception didn’t ask if we wanted our card added for room charges even though we paid for room at checkin. Ordered drinks at pool only to find out we couldn’t charge to room without making another trip to reception. Also said they’d text when our room was ready but no text. We went back to reception after checkin time and it was ready!! Not the kind of service expected at Tivoli. No apology even though we let reception know.

The resort itself is very conveniently located within 5-10 minute walk to everything. The staff was very accommodating ,especially we were allowed to have breakfast at 5;30am because of our early departure. The only thing this resort needs is one big remodel in the main areas. At least replace old ,worn-out carpet. Otherwise, everything was great

Staff was great. Pool and hallway were run down dirty carpet. Our air conditioner was dirty and needed filter cleaned so it didn’t work efficiently At night bugs would come out of the bathroom shower drain. I even bleached it a few time and still had bugs. I felt very uncomfortable knowing bugs are infesting in our shower.

It was a nice property. We asked for ice & had to pay for it or was denied by the staff. Went to the grocery store to buy our own. We rented two rooms for over a week & paid a good amount of money. One of the rooms had bugs & it took 2 complaints to the front desk to have the room switched. Large buffet for breakfast but the food was the same & just ok. Most staff was great, bar staff not so friendly. One of my family members room had a broken lock on the patio door, a complaint was made & nothing was done. Any issues of concern that were brought up was brushed off by staff & nothing done about it.
