It was nice! I did not like the fact they had menu in room and never had anything on the menu! Also, they called us yesterday asking if we were checking out before verifying! They also told me the pool was open from 11 to 5pm only to see someone in the pool after 5pm. Not everyone in the front desk was smiling and happy! Door man was very helpful and kind!

The staff was exceptional. Other hotels may be just as good or better but this is the best hotel that I had stayed in Lagos. I will strongly recommend it without any hesitation. I plan to stay there during my future visits.

Really beautiful hotel! Great team there to take care of you. Caution them to be careful to take good care of things on there. My room had a broken door extra lock thing at the top. Also things that seem to have been broken and hasn't been replaced. Maybe also help set the AC so it blows cold enough. Also reduce the music playing in the hallways. I woke up in the middle of the night and could hear it in my room. Special kudos for the extra care to customer service and giving Internet TV options in each room. That's a nice touch. Overall I'll stay there again but I have to encourage them to maintain it well and fix broken items before it piles up too much

I enjoyed every bit of my stay here. The modern construction of the room is commendable. I didnt get the opportunity to tour the executive rooms as i was constantly told it wasn't vacant. I would love to come here again with my family. The service was exceptional and the ambience is welcoming.

This property is beauty with nice decorations, however some of the outlet was not working and no international outlet available unless you bring your own adapter, but one of the staff was so nice to purchase one for us, grateful. Wifi could use some improvements. The rooftop swimming and loung area is the highlight of the hotel, beautiful!
